Changing NTP Time

Dear Sun Experts,

we noticed that NTP server Time is around 7 minutes ahead of the actual time. we need to change it.

our db servers are configured with NTP client, so the time is synced with the NTP server.

our db server ntp client is configured with

     slewalways yes

     disable pll

as recommended with Oracle.

what happened with db server time when I change the NPT server time while using slew option?
