Portal Database Refresh- not able to access the Class Search from Portal or Not able to Enroll in cl

I have an issue after the Portal database refresh from Portal Production database,
I am not able to do a class search, or enroll in class,
In Portal PIA from the guest page or after log in as a student or an employee, I am trying to access the CS Database using the Search for classes link I am able to go to the Search for classes page, means I am able to connect to CS database, but if I select anything like changing the term or changing the course subject drop down list, the page hangs and the spinning bar shows spinning but nothing happens.
