Journal Approval

Is there a way to control the approval limit on the journal header? At the moment the system does not check the approval on the header total, it only checks on the line amount and allows approval if the line amount is less then the defined approval limit in R12.

e.g.

Approval limit (Setup --> Employees --> Limit) = $500,000

Line 1 = $300,000

Line 2 = $400,000

Total = $700,000

The system approves and posting.
