BI Publisher 11g 11.1.1.7.x REPORT PARAMETER NOT DISPLAYING DOUBLE QUOTE

Hello,

In BI Publisher the report parameter list of values (LOV) not display the double quote character.

Sample :

Test "test" it's displayed : Test quot; test quot; at runtime.

When you try to select on the combo this value you have an error.

Version of BI publisher : Oracle BI Publisher 11.1.1.7.140415 (build# 20140402.1833 on Wed Apr 02 18:37:54 CEST 2014)

On BIP 11.1.1.5 I don't have this problem.
