Problem building FA term

From Financial Aid power user:

I  am building terms and they seemed to have built.  However, when I look at the process monitor it shows the information below for the current year.  I do not recall this happening in test.  It also shows that it is trying to update prior years and for the prior years it states SULA Load is set to blank. Set up is missing for eitherTerm Category: F or S.  I do not know what these categories are. We are on PS 9.  Can someone please explain.

Found PS_STDNT_CAR_TERM data for Career = UGRD
