FRM-41045 CANNOT FIND ITEM: INVALID ID

Hi,

After applying the  Extended Support patches(Oracle Financials Family Pack G) we are getting the below error when opening the requisition standard form.

Error Message: FRM-41045 CANNOT FIND ITEM: INVALID ID

Please help us to resolve this error.
