R12.1.3 : Assistance with AP Patch 17176017

Hello,

Need to clarify certain bits before we apply the patch 17176017.

In the patch README it’s asking to follow a different procedure for

A) Federal customers Non-Federal Customers.

*** How do we tell if we are A or B???

*** Also need to know whether we are using these modules?  - not sure how i tell for sure  (i don't believe we ae)

'Oracle Lease and Finance Management'
'Oracle Order Management'
