50 TB of Oracle database

Hi folks, need your assistance here, need to come up with a complete/detail document, what needs to be consider when dealing with large amount of data, huge database 50+ TB of database.

Need to administer, manage, performance tune & backup (restore/recover too) a huge/big/large database.

Database: Oracle 10g

OS: Oracle Linux

Please update, if need any more info to provide some outstanding advises/thoughts and suggestions & guidelines too, how to go about.
