how to add employee directory as a button in home page

in EBS Customizations (MOSC) Question

HI,

Can anyone please let me know, how to add employee directory as a link in E business suite home page.

Please find the attachments, where the employee directory link needs to be displayed(emp_dir).

In the system that we are using, The profile "HR:Employee Directory Global Menu" has the default value "Employee Directory Global Menu".

Please let me know if I need to change any setups to display the employee directory at home page.
