Copy PO function copies original buyer

Hi,

We have noticed when a buyer copies a PO that was originally created by another buyer, the original buyer's name populates on the new PO.  It can be changed by the new buyer.

Is this standard functionality? Or should the new buyer's name appear on the new PO?

We are on 12.1.3.
