Generic Error in Compression Routine error

Hi,

Getting below error intermittently while including attachment  when sending email to create sr in siebel.

Error invoking service 'Inbound E-mail Manager', method 'AddAttachments' at step 'Add Activity Attachments'.(SBL-BPR-00162) -- Unable to create attachment record in buscomp "Action Attachment" for file "image001.gif" stored in "D:\Siebel\8.1.1.11.0\ses\siebsrvr\bin\incoming\ATT_15DC_5_5_538F3DED_2_0_C2809.DAT".(SBL-CMI-00118) -- Generic Error in Compression Routine.(SBL-UIF-00227)


Not sure why this compression routine error and we already checked the doc ids got in oracle support portal.Can you please give any clue on this.


Attachments we are able to create manually. But when sending email to create attachments its not working. and throwing above error.
