How to change default DatabaseType when using oakcli command on ORACLE Appliance machine?

When I create databases using oakcli command I get the database created as Multipurpose database.  Is there anyway to change this default setting to something like "Tansactions only"?  If yes, what are the key word for other settings?  Thanks.
