got error when uninstalling bi publisher desktop 11.1.1.6

Hi all,

I'm new to this community, hope I'm posting on the correct forum.

I downloaded BI Publisher Desktop 11.1.1.6.0 for 32 bit Office on Windows to work with the BI Publisher (11.1.1.6). My local system runs on Windows 7 32bits.

After installation, I noticed the Add-In tab was not displayed on Word. I tried one of the suggestion on the web by running the setup.exe on "DotNetInstallFiles" folder, did not help. Then, I decided to unistall the desktop software through Control Panel Add/Remove Programs. A popup windows came up with the error -

"The installation source for this product is not available. Verity that the source exists and that you can access it. c:\Windows\Installer\116df1.msi"
