Campus Solutions Credit History process showing student balance when student doesn't owe money.

In campus Solutions 9.0, Student Financials:

Somehow we had a student's account get messed up. Overall, the student's account had a zero balance. However, if you looked at the list of terms and account types, there was a tuition owing amount for one of the terms. When you drilled down, everything was zeroed out; all charges and payments were applied.

Users tried reversing and putting charges and payments back on in a test database but could not get the amount to go away. We tried using a SQL Script to zero out the PS_ACCOUNT_SF.ACCOUNT_BALANCE field for the student. That fixed their account. Everything looked great.
