EIM performance issue importing EIM_CONADDR_CUT

Hi,

We're having serious performance issues importing EIM_CONADDR_CUT into S_CON_ADDR when associating directions to Account and Contact entities.

It has happened in different environments.

Each batch has 5000 records and is taking about 30+ minutes to import.

Regularly it takes no more than 3 minutes to do the job.

Below I'm attaching the default IFB for this.


At this time all indexes are already VALID.

We have already tried with both HINTS = TRUE and FALSE.

Siebel version is 8.1.1.11
