R12.1.3 - WebADI for pre-approved expenditure batches

We are on R12.1.3. We would like to know if there is a WebADI available for pre-approved expenditure batches where users can enter expenditures in a spreadsheet and upload to Oracle? If yes, how can we access this WebADI in EBS?
