academic advising reports generated from some students, not all

the Registrar has run Generate Report Requests  and Generate Advisement Reports in order.   We can see from the log file student id's that are requested, but reports are not being generate from some of the ones in the list.

I set ccbol trace on SRPCAAPR but the log file so so big I haven't been able to open it.

What can I look for as to why some students did not get a report?
