Releasing planned orders are always become purchase requisitions

Hi all,

When releasing planned orders are always become purchase requisitions (including internal requisition and purchase requisition).

With my understanding, in the case of shipping networks are not required internal order (intransit or direct inter-org transfer), ASCP will not generate internal requisitions when releasing planned order
