Is ap_checkrun_confirmations_all table obsolete in R12?

Hi,

I want to know that if ap_checkrun_confirmations_all table is still in use in R12, if used, when the table will be populated?

When make a PPR, no matter what stage the PPR is in, this table is always null, even it is in confirming stage.
