Oracle Application Express (MOSC)

Cannot log into Oracle application express Administration Services

I setup to use Oracle HTTP service and mod_plsql  with  Oracle Application Express. I followed the installation guide and now I cannot log into http://hostname:port/pls/apex/apex_admin

But I can see the page http://hostname:port/ alright.   Anything I should check to ensure my HTTP server with mod_plsql set up is correct?

My platform is on Windows 7 64 bit

installed Oracle 11g as Oracle Application Express.

Installed weblogic server 10.3.6

Installed HTTP server from webtier 11.1.1.7

Attached with the screen capture I see for reference.
