Why not all OMW status code shown in OMW logging detail screen

Hi, I found out 154E status code is written in debug log...But when i go to OMW logging detail screen (show last action), it does not show 154E...wondering if this is normal...

Another question is 154E where it is refer to Source and Target Count Mismatch" (Doc ID 1079795.1). ...it indicates that the DB and transaction log need to be increased..

instead of increasing the capacity, can i truncate the transaction log ?

pls advise...
