which operation (update or create) can be used for Fulfilled Quantity attribute under Processing Con

Hi,

We want to keep the audit trail when the RMA is received and closed. I tried using Fulfilled Quantity or Shipped Quantity attribute with Update action under processing constraints.

But it seems oracle does not treat it as an update action when the RMA is received and qty is fulfilled or shipped. Am I correct ? Does Oracle treat this as a Create action ?

Any suggestion is highly appreciated.
