Impact of enabling HR:Cross Business Group on other exsisting Modules.

Hi,

We are creating a new business group and want to use same exsisting Item Master in new BG.

In order to do so,

1. Do we need to enable HR:Cross Business Group profile option?

2. If No, then how to address the same? (Setup Details)

3. If Yes, then what is the impact of the same on other modules?

Please provide help on the same.
