Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. What does it mean when there's no executions but huge amount of CPU time used in AWR report?

I'd like to know what is the case here? These 2 SQLs are taking a lot of time but why?

Is it some timed out executions or has some other process (Listener) terminated the executions before they have completed?
