Payroll Reports Only Model List

Does anyone know how to access the Payroll Reports Model List (the list of reports shown in the Reports Only step of payroll)?  A prior user changed the list to only contain the reports that were wanted at the time.  I want to add some more reports (ones that are usually available when you Press F10), but they were removed from the list.  I can find the menu to setup the payroll reports themselves but can't find the 'Model' list.  Thank you.
