I would like to add a new TAB in iProcurement Home Page to run/view Requests

Hi experts:

How can I add a new TAB in iProcurement Home Page to run/view Requests? I have created a new menu for iProcurement and assigned it to the responsibility, and I have changed the function to call to the new menu, but I cannot see the new TAB. Which is wrong? Thanks
