unable to identify source database in listener log

Hello

The ip form which this request is coming in the listener log in a database server is again  a database server .I mean xx.xx.230.245 and hostname am-oradbdev-ux01 is database server which is trying to establish connection to mckdwst on another database server the listener log snippet of which is shown below.I want to identify the source of this I mean which database on am-oradbdev-ux01 is trying to make this connection since there are 20 databases on this also I cheked tns entry which is also not there for this database on am-oradbdev-ux01 How do I figure out from where this
