Hello Experts

We maintain our own catalogues so far and we are planning to implement punch out functionality

I have gone through the user guides but went above the head, is there any simple document which details out the steps required to implement punch out? I have also seen some thing called oracle exchange, what is this? do we need to use this to integrate with suppliers site?

What would be the advantages and disadvantages of punch out? will there be any risk now to implement punch out? what things do we need to consider to implement this?
