Service Activity Type for Material does not appear in Service Charges and Debrief report

Hi,

Please see attachement

In Service Request, 'Charge' Tab. After selecting the 'Business Process', the Service Activity for 'Material' is not available in the LOV.

Only 'Labor' and 'Expense' are listed in the LOV.

I have setup 'Service Activity and Billing Type' and IB Transaction Subtype.

For  IB Transaction Subtype, I just using the seeded defaults

What other setup step is needed ??
