PWB - Personal Query Issue

We are on decentralized ASCP (12.1.3)

Planner Workbench --> Queries TAB --> Personal Queries --> Item

I created a personal query for 2 items - Item A and Item B  and "Match All" option -->Execute -->  Doesn't return any rows

When I choose the "Match Any" for the same query --> It returns two rows with Item A and Item B.

It should have returned the 2 items when I choose the "Match All" option. Any clue why it didn't return any records when we chose the "Match All" option
