Customer Standard Form List of Values

Hi,

I'm wondering if anyone can tell me the setting so that, for example, when i create an account relationship and i am entering Account 4276 in the related account field that when i tab out of the field it accepts 4276 rather than opening the search box and bringing up 4276 and 42768.  I'd like this to be an exact match and not a like.  Can this be done from the application?
