Action History on Reminder & Escalated Invoice Approval Notification

Has anyone found a solution on how to display the complete Action History on Escalated and Reminder Invoice Approval Workflows (APINVAPR)? I have found several bugs logged with Oracle but we need to find a faster solution. Here are the bug numbers that I have found so far: 8649901 and 5844624. Both are for 11.5.10.2 but the same behavior is occurring in our version (12.1.3).

Here is the scenario:

Invoice is keyed and routed for approval using AME

Requester 1 Approves

Supervisor 1 Approves

Supervisor 2 Approves

Supervisor 3 does not respond to original approval notification which shows Requester 1, Supervisor 1, and Supervisor 2 approvals in Action History

Reminder approval notification is sent to Supervisor 3. Action History now ONLY shows Supervisor 3.
