Automate R03B500X?

The person who ran monthly statements at our company has departed and I'm trying to determine if this can be added to the scheduler.  The roadblock is part of the data selection:  Date - Net Due (DDJ) less than 90 days in the future.  The date was always manually updated before running the job every month.  Is there a way to manage this requirement without modifying R03B500X?  Can processing options be used to manage the date requirement?  We are using the standard JDE scheduler.
