How to resolve this issue "Could not open file....in line 744 of file 'PageManager.cpp' (errno : Too

We recently encounter an issue when we try to create a new workbook.  The error message is shown below:

Could not open file '/rpasp/domains/rpas_mfp/MFP/users/jtwu/t0000000090/t0000000090_1.db/lscsrc%1.ary', -1. in line 744 of file 'PageManager.cpp' (errno : Too many open files).

This is the first workbook I try to create in MFP.  Hopefully, you guys might have any clues to resolve this issue soon.
