Migrate database to different platform

Our database size is 3TB and we are using expdp/impdp to migrate from AIX to Oracle Linux x86_64 (big endian and little endian). It take more than 3 days to finish. This job have to do quite often for developing and testing environments. We have a Oracle RAC 11gR1 (ASM) for Production and 1 Physical Standby by using Dataguard. We are looking for a quicker migration solution which do not touch on Production. Thank in advance for any advices. Hien Tran
