configured OID in shares services under administration

Hi ,

we are using 11.1.1.3 version

we have configured OID in shares services under administration , its successfully configured after that we have added one hfm user in hfm group and given the view(Read) access to user but when user is trying to login the HFM application user is getting below error message

There was some communication error.  Response is : http://server.com/hfm/GlobalWorkspaceNav/bpm/modules/com/hyperion/hfm/web/appcontainer/Adf.asp

and i checked in under   \Hyperion\logs\hfm\interop.java.log file saying below error

ERROR Authentication 25:1005:Authentication failed for user TDEEPAK. Enter valid credentials.

Error Code: -1
