Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. OMW object fail to run in BV in citrix server (thin client)

Hi, wondering if the limitation running OMW on Citrix environment is the cause of below scenario :

User run certain version of R55XXX object in BV, they amend report in PY and check in in PY, then check out in PD and try to run this report.

I got a token for one report for example: R56PO005 | YJDE0005. This report checkout in PD and try to run report.

My question : Why other users can’t open/run this report? When double clicked that report no function?

Solution: I released token and ask user to run no problem.

Should no problem right because I just got a token in OMW?
