Same Freight Charge Modifier can not applied twice??

Hi All,

There is One Sales Order where one freight cost charge modifier(lump-sum) is applied manually at sales Order Header Level, After applied user need to again reapplied same freight charge modifier but in second line of Charges it throwing null value.

Following Analysis we done:

1. Price List is active and Price flag is Calculate price at sale order line level

2. the level 1 incompatibility group is not causing the issue.

3. OM: Charging Privilege is set to Unlimited Access

4. Pricing Phase set at Order Entry and Booking level.
