Is there somewhere on Oracle where we can put parameters into the system to restrict the amount of l

Customer needs the ability to automatically limit their pick releases to only select from 2 lots per pick release. If this is possible can you apply this to specific orders. For examaple for Customer X, always only select from 2 lots for each pick.
