Solaris 10u10 system on T5-2 experiencing slow performance with high %SYS CPU

A customer T5-2 system running s10u10 (148888-03) is experiencing slow user interactive operations. I collected some statistics on the system and found high %SYS CPU time on every core while there's no obvious excessive kernel activities reported by mpstat. Please help me review the attached files, and comment on how to drill down to find the root cause and propose possible solutions. Thanks.
