Email notification in 11.1.2.3

Hello Gurus,

Has anyone tried the email notification in EPM 11.1.2.3? We tried doing it on our servers however we do not receive any emails once there is an overdue for a task list.  The email server is working as we are able to send the link for the Financial reports from workspace. Strangely, the email is received only once we restart our Hyperion Planning and Hyperion foundation services.



Any once has faced any such issues?
