help with procedure to set up a proxy server in OEM 12c

I am looking for some help in setting up a proxy server for OEM 12c to facilitate populating the software library with updates patches etc. I cannot find much documentation or a short how to and was wondering if someone could share their experience in doing that. Thanks.
