Getting error APP-SQLGL-08121 when entering a summary account to a recurring journal formula line

Hello,

Oracle EBS version 11.5.10.2

I have validated that the summary account has been set up properly by querying the account and all looks normal.  However, when I attempt to enter the summary account to the recurring journal formula I'm getting the following error:  APP-SQLGL-08121: Your summary account does not exist. Please use Summary Accounts form to create new summary accounts.  I've attached a PDF with screen shots of the set ups. 

Is anyone familiar with this error?  I've checked Metalink and the community discussions and do not find anything specific to this issue.  Any help is greatly appreciated.
