Want to Use SWIMergeServices in Primary Web Services

Hello,

I'm trying to use the SWI web service call in EAI. I do not see the supporting business services in Tools but they are listed in Administration -  Web Services on the server. Where do these get installed or how do I install them? Do these reside in some special pack that has to be installed in addition to Siebel CRM?
