planning hanging due to business rule

Our Planning server crashed last week and by narrowing it down, I figured out the form was the issue and more research got it down to a specific business rule and was attached to the form.

I was able to recreate the issue on our Dev server, and when I changed and save the form. Planning just spins and tries to save but never ends. It gets caught in a loop, anyway have something like this happened.  We happened to added the next year to the systems and applied the IE 9 patch the day before. I have put in a ticket with Oracle, but it has been a week and no resolution as of yet.
