Event for spot bid response from carriers

All,

Is there an OTM event that captures the bid response from service provider in spot bid tender? (i.e) When we send out Open tender >> Spot bid tender to several service providers. The service providers respond back with their bid amount ($) in their response. We want to trigger an agent when any of the service provider submits a bid. We want to know if there an OTM standard agent event that we can leverage.
