How can plan give a recommendation based on future sorucing rule

Hi All,

Need your expertise to see if there is a way to guide the plan ( ASCP) to look into a furue sourcing rule and give the recommendation based on that. The business case is that we want to source items from a supplier ( say A)  till 31-Jul-2014 and after that till the end of the year we want to use another supplier ((B)

In the sourcing rule we can put the effective date but the plan does not recognize the future sourcing rule till From date ( in the effective date block) starts.
