rep-51002 in 11grel1 PSU6 when calling reports from forms using LB

Hi,

We have two machines on which we are running forms/reports, and we acess the forms using LB url and call the reports from forms, before it used to work fine, sine we are getting some FRM-92104, and FRM-93618 we have modified the forms.conf file as below after that we dont have any frm errors but  we are getting rep-51002 error for reports does we need to edit reports.conf file and rwservlet.properties as well, please cehck and help me on the same.
