Case Visibility HR Helpdesk 9.2
Hi,
Could somebody confirm how the Case Visibility should work? PeopleBooks does not explain all the values. My assumption is that PeopleBooks is not up to date. Please see below what I understand how it is designed:
External:
Default value for new case. The Subject of the case (employee and alternate contact) and the Reported By person can view the case in Self Service.
When the case is set to External AND the case is defined as a Global case AND the CR_RC_CASE Search index is used, then this case can be retrieved in the Solution Search in self service.
