User unable to open timesheets to fill

Hi Guys,

User is facing as issue with opening timesheet for the projects he is assigned to.

He is able to seee only the first week's timesheet of the year and rest are blank.

Resource is added to that particular project , but resource is not primary resource.

Please provide me the solution in this regards, thank you.
